Computer Maintenance
Without proper maintenance, a good computer will become slower and slower in
performance, and eventually fail, usually outside the warranty period, therefore
we acknowledge the fact that regular maintenance and calibration of the Computer
System is utmost importance to ensure the smooth flow of operative procedures
carried out at various office environments.
What do we do?
Please read through the below to get the details of what we do and how each
action benefits your computer.

Onsite Troubleshooting Support
We will provide onsite-troubleshooting. Our support officer will visit your
premises for basic troubleshooting.
Repair & Maintenance
We will provide onsite repair and maintenance service for your computers. Incase
the service could not be rendered at the site itself then the inspected hardware
must be brought to our workshop at your transportation cost. Replacement parts
cost shall be totally yours.
Upgrading Computer Software
We will do needful to upgrade your computer software system provided that the
hardware meets the basic requirements. We will update your Operating System,
Internet Browsers, Email Programs and Application Software etc.
Virus Control
We will install new anti-virus utility on your system and update virus
definition files regularly to protect your system from new coming computer virus
through data transfer, web browsing and emails.
Software & Data Backup
We will arrange to have your precious data and software backed up regularly. For
this purpose you must have essential resources like zip drive, floppies or hard
drive in Network.
Network Support
We will provide Network uptime support and troubleshooting like restoring of
Network drives, print sharing, file sharing, internet/email connection sharing
etc.

Technology offers flexible packages to enable offices' to determine the ideal
suitable maintenance calls or contracts. The contracts vary based on your
requirements and budget. Our rates are very competitive depending on the number
of computers. You can focus on your core business, knowing we are focusing on
the IT infrastructure to support you.
1. Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC):
AMC is the contract that will cover the
service for the maintenance of your computer and the supply of spares that fail
due to wear and tear or due to extraneous reasons. All spares that need to be
replaced on any account will have to be purchased by the Customer, incase case
of an upgrade, at minimal cost. AMC is offered for a period of 1 year. However,
the locations are limited by the location clearance policy. Our Support Officer
will visit your premises frequently to ensure your computing system is in
excellent condition.
2. Call Maintenance Contract (CMC):
CMC is also the contract that will
cover the service for the maintenance of your computer and the supply of spares
that fail due to wear and tear or due to extraneous reasons. All spares that
need to be replaced on any account will have to be purchased by the Customer,
incase case of an upgrade, at minimal cost. However, our Support Officer will
visit your premises for computer maintenance upon your requirement.
